Spring Cleaning!

I have been absent from updating!
Every day life has been keeping us occupied with the every day things.
It has been WONDERFUL having beautiful weather outside which allows Jack countless opportunities to explore, try new things and find ways to be a BOY.

It's going to be another lengthy photo dump I'm afraid as I Spring Clean my photo cache...
So get ready for going on adventures with Jack!

****APRIL****
He's in a phase where he loves to go for walks. Around the block, in the yard, or just around the house and he HAS to hold my hand.
 "Walk? Hand?"
I love it and I dread the day that will change.

He also could spend HOURS playing in the car. Most specifically the drivers seat and Lord help the person that goes in to retrieve him if he's not done playing.

My boys in the morning. They are morning buddies and they hang out together and watch boy things while they eat their breakfast.

 Then they wrestle.

But he has a tender side too!
Practicing for when baby sister arrives :)

Like I said about the beautiful weather... We've taken full advantage of it and got to have Hannah up for a play date!

***MAY***
I got to sleep in on Mother's Day which was blissful.
But eventually these munchkins couldn't be held back any longer.
The fury one wants to be saved from the little boy.
The little boy brought be two hammers to play with.

But later...
Jack and Daddy planted lots of seeds for me on Mother's Day to make our front yard look pretty this summer.

Here, Jack demonstrates how to eat a fudge-sicle.
Enjoy.

He's starting to get into it

Yeah. This earned him a hose down and then a bath that night.
I think it took about 5 washings to get the fudge stains out of his shirt.
But it's summer and, well, gotta let 'em get dirty sometime.

Sometimes Jack likes us to read to him, and sometimes he likes to climb up and sit between my legs in the recliner and read to me out of his very most favorite book, The Greatest Word Book Ever. He points out all his favorite things he sees on all his favorite pages.

Well you are pretty much all caught up on the day to day happenings.
We are about 2 months out from baby sister's arrival and nesting is in full swing.
I hope we're ready.
